Hello, hello, hello, welcome to the week!

Last week, we launched the Conversations Roadshow, a new, intimate event series for senior technology leaders who want thoughtful, peer-level conversations with others who genuinely understand the role.
Designed for depth over scale, Conversations focuses on facilitated discussion in small groups, creating space for the conversations you rarely get time for at work.
This year, the Roadshow is heading to Stockholm, Berlin, London, and New York City.
Tickets for Stockholm are now live, with pre-registration open for the other cities.

Community Bytes: Psychological Safety in Remote Teams
Our Community Bytes series is back this Wednesday for a chat with members of the community about how to recognise and maintain psychological safety when your team isn't colocated - I'll be joined by Michelle McDaid, Sarah Persov and James Sperring for a warts-and-all discussion and storytelling session about what works and what doesn't. As always, it's free to attend, so jump in:

That's it, let's look at some links....

CTO Craft Con - Dates for Your Diary

Wednesday 18th February. Webinar: AI didnât speed up delivery â until they fixed this.
AI tools are everywhere, but delivery gains vary widely. In this session, Citationâs engineering leaders share how they identified the real constraints holding teams back and turned AI adoption into faster, more predictable delivery.
Plandek will also be at CTO Craft London in March â come say hi if youâre attending.

Real Conversations for CTOs and senior tech leaders
Join CTO Craft for a half-day gathering in a city near you for senior technology leaders who want practical insight rather than surface-level talks. In 2026, we'll be visiting Stockholm, Berlin, London and NYC.
While the format remains consistent at each stop - small-group roundtables and peer-led discussion - every event is shaped by its local context. Attendees, facilitators, and discussion topics differ from city to city, ensuring each gathering reflects the challenges and opportunities CTOs are experiencing in that region.
Each session is designed to create space for honest conversation, shared problem-solving, and connections that continue beyond the day. Tickets for each city are limited - don't miss your chance!
